Not at all. I keep diving into Medium rather than writing stories. I am a programmer at heart, so I always look deeper into these things or will once I hear someone else going through them.

According to what I’ve been reading over the last few days, the hang tight message is sitting on peoples stories for a couple of weeks now. Including my last two that usually get the curation jail message within 45 minutes.

They’ve got issues going on in the backend, but there is no disclosure to let us know. Robert Turner wrote a lengthy article in the last couple of days about the hang tight, and the non disclosure. Plus some interesting parts about publishing having some issues too.

They’ve had a lot of growth, all you can really do is just sit tight (or hang tight) until they get it figured out. Growth issues and possible some rule changes that didn’t work out so well.

I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but the rollover has added about 1.5 hours to getting you your totals now for the day. I’ve also been seeing quite a bit more error messages that go away after a refresh when viewing things.

Hopefully they’ll figure it out soon, but yes, there is something going on.
