Hi Louise, I do have to admit, I would like one curation to scratch off my Medium bucket. But like you, I write for pleasure and not to be roped into their desired style of cookie cutter writing. It’s just too dry for me. I can’t help but slip in some personality here and there. Just like a serious talk in a relationship, I always have to slip in some humor to keep it lighter. Which, also doesn’t really seem to work in my favor! :)

Ugghh, I don’t miss clearing snow. I grew up in Cleveland and Detroit and the snow drifts from the roads being plowed were taller than me, and I’m tall. The only snow I see in the San Francisco Bay Area is a light dusting that on the tiny mountain peaks that surround our valley. Those usually disappear by afternoon.
